1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging services from The Office Fixer (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We provide bookkeeping, accounting support, and financial consulting services, which may include:

• Monthly bookkeeping
• Payroll coordination
• Job costing & WIP tracking
• Financial reporting
• Advisory support

We are not a CPA firm or law firm and do not provide tax filing, legal advice, or attestation services unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
• Maintain original records and source documentation
• Review financial reports promptly
• Notify us of errors or concerns within a reasonable timeframe
• We are not responsible for inaccuracies caused by incomplete, delayed, or incorrect client-provided information.

4. Payments & Fees

• Fees are outlined in your service agreement or proposal
• Payments are due according to the agreed schedule
• Late or unpaid invoices may result in service suspension

All fees are non-refundable once services are rendered.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and will not disclose data except:

• As required to perform services
• When required by law
• With client consent

Clients are responsible for safeguarding their own login credentials and system access.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services during the three (3) months preceding any claim

7. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, tax savings, profitability, or audit results. Bookkeeping accuracy depends on the information provided by the client.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the written service agreement. Upon termination:

• Outstanding invoices remain due
• Records will be returned or retained in compliance with legal requirements

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use this website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access restricted areas
• Copy or reproduce website content without permission

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
